About Fashion District Festival 2025

Fashion District Festival 2025 will take over Spitalfields, the iconic East London market, from the 3rd to the 8th of June. The Fashion District's event centres on sustainability and regenerative fashion, attracting fashion insiders and enthusiasts alike. For the third edition of the festival, the Fashion District is partnering with SXSW London to highlight groundbreaking technologies for the industry.

About The Program: Watch, Shop, Make, and Grow

From morning to evening, the Festival has much to offer. The keys to exploring and learning more are: Watch, Shop, Make and Grow. 

You can watch live fashion performance showcases by Alexander Whitley Dance Company and its blend of fashion, technology and choreography, or the digital installations of the Institute of Digital Fashion (IoDF).

Visitors can shop at the pop-up stores of the day, browse for upcycled items, take part in a clothes swap with Verte London, or have their old jeans fixed at Omnifix’s repair clinic.

If you love DIY projects, the Fashion District Festival is an opportunity to share the fun with the "make" workshops: from creating a knitted bag out of t-shirts with Geo Knits Slow to developing your own biomaterials with Biodesign Collective.

Fashion District Festival 2025 is also a hub for exchanging knowledge and ideas. A place to grow with the line-up of talks and networking events around hot topics such as next-generation fabrics and regenerative fashion with experts, investors and designers.
